2. AFTER PLACING YOUR FIRST ORDER, A COPY OF YOUR LICENSE AND TWO RECENT RECEIPTS FROM TWO CURRENT VENDORS NEEDS TO BE FAXED TO 480 307 6855 BEFORE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. THIS IS TO VERIFY THAT YOU ARE AN EXISTING AND VALID BUSINESS AND TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF OUR LINE. AGAIN, YOU CAN PLACE YOUR ORDER--YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL VERIFIED--AND THEN SHIP. Return Policy:
Please note*All items are closely inspected by quality control before being shipped to ensure the best product we can offer.
1. We gladly accept returns with all tags attached and in absolute original shipped condition; however, we MUST be notified within 4 days of delivery of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please examine your order for any defects within the 4 day grace period. This also supports better quality control for everyone.
2. ALL RETURNS MUST BE POST MARKED NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER A RA# IS GIVEN.
3. Return Authorization is required for any return; any return without an authorization number will be refused. You must contact us in writing at ContactUs@MjInVogue.com to receive a RA#.
3. Shipping Charges will not be credited for items that are not damaged.
4. A copy of the receipt is required to be sent with the item(s) along with the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Any damaged items as a result of carelessness by the shipper or as a result of how items were shipped will result in no refund and merchandise sent back. Please be respectful of all items.
6. If there are unusual circumstances please contact us so that we can discuss our options together.
7. We are not responsible for lost or damaged boxes to or from your shipping address, If you want to be sure then insure your package for the cost of the product and get a tracking number and or signature requirement.
Shipping:
All orders that are in stock will ship 1-2 business days from the date of the order. Retail orders are typically shipped priority mail and charges will be applied at the time of check out.
Wholesale accounts will ship 1-2 business days from the date of the order. Charges for shipping are determined upon weight of package-and any other variables like requested insurance, etc. Shipping will billed separately upon the day it is shipped.
Prices and Availability:
Pricing may vary due to materials selected as designs are created. You will only be billed at prices upon the time of your order as stated in price.

There maybe times that an item is backordered. We will notify you immediately of your options so that accommodations are made.
